At Happy Paws Bedford our customers are extremely important to us, we appreciate that your animals are a core part of your family and we endeavour to look after them to a standard that we would expect for our own animals. We seek to deliver a service that is not only of the highest quality, but also the best value to our customers.
Unlike a lot of other dog walkers when we say your dog will be walked for an hour, we mean they will be walking for an hour. We pick up and drop off your dog outside of the hours walking time to ensure you get the best possible value. When walking with more than one dog, we put a lot of effort into matching the dogs’ temperaments and activity levels in order to provide the best possible experience for your pet.
We have the same high standards for our pet visiting service, it will not be the case that we run in, throw some food down and get out the door as quickly as possible. We will instead spend quality time with the animal, be that a cuddle, a game or a quick leg stretch.
The wellfare of your animals is of upmost importance to us. We are fully first aid trained, CRB checked and insured to ensure that your animal is in safe hands.
Your dog will be out walking for the entire hour, pick-ups and drop-offs occur outside of the hour but are included in the price. Where ever possible we walk the dogs in parks, open fields, or country side in order to give them the best possible experience.
Dog walks will contain no more than four dogs at the same time and the dogs within those groups will be carefully matched by temperament. If you would prefer your dog to be walked on their own, or just with their brother/sister we can also accommodate that.
We will pop in, feed water and play with your pet. We will also make sure litter trays and cages are clean.
We will drop off and pick up animals to appointments be it the groomers or vets etc. Please note this is a service for animals only and not owners.
